Joan of Arc

The Maid of Orleans

Joan of Arc is considered a heroine of France for her role during the Lancastrian phase of the Hundred Years’ War, and was canonized as a Roman Catholic saint. On 23 May 1430, she was captured at Compiègne and later put on trial. After the Bishop Pierre Cauchon declared her guilty she was burned at the stake on 30 May 1431, dying at about nineteen years of age. In 1456, an inquisitorial court examined the trial, debunked the charges against her, pronounced her innocent, and declared her a martyr. In the 16th century she became a symbol of the Catholic League, and in 1803 she was declared a national symbol of France by the decision of Napoleon Bonaparte.

Early on in the game, it’s best to focus for your Gathering with Constance, Sarka, Gaius and Centurion. They can be obtained in chests, and then, Constance in expedition. Also you can level up them fast, because of their rarity.
Make sure these commanders get their Gathering Talents as soon as possible because you need to rely on them to rase your power faster. Having great gatherers reduces a lot of time for farming, thus it gives you more resources, which will help you upgrade buildings and research technologies in the Academy a lot faster.
For your gatherers: Constance, Sarka, Gaius Marius, Centurion, Joan of Arc, Cleopatra, Seondeok Mundeok, Ishida Mitsunari. You need them all, and you need them Level 37.
Joan of Arc (best gathering commander)
– Get to level 10 (2 stars) before upgrading any skills and max out 2nd skill. Then max out first skill to be able to use as a good secondary commander. (Note: Only talents from primary commander are used, so it wont hurt if you have her with gathering talent). Pair with Constance for alliance deposit.
